We began to use the communion rail in order to give people the option to receive while kneeling as a sign of reverence. As was announced, this is not obligatory and everyone has the option to receive standing and on the tongue or in the hand.

Those with physical limitations and are not able to kneel should not feel obligated to do so.

Also, no one should pressure anyone to receive communion in a certain way.
